By using spoil or joining the early-access list you agree to these terms.

Early access

Joining the list reserves nothing you pay for: it means we email you when spoil launches, with any early-access offer we announce at the time. You can leave the list whenever you like with the removal link in our emails or the "Remove me" form on the home page.

The service

spoil helps you track groceries and food freshness. Expiry dates and freshness timers are estimates. Always check food yourself before eating it; spoil is not responsible for food safety decisions.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users’ data, or upload content you do not have the right to share.

spoil Premium

Premium is sold as an auto-renewing subscription or a one-time purchase through the App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel them in your store account settings. Refunds follow Apple’s and Google’s policies.

Free plan limits

Free accounts include a limited number of receipt scans per month.

Third-party links

Restock Cart links open grocery store websites we do not control and may earn us a commission.

Changes and termination

We may update the service or these terms. You may stop using spoil and delete your account at any time; we may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Disclaimer

spoil is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
